About The Connect Division
Connect by Dimagi is building a new model for global development that links funding directly to verified service delivery at the frontline. Our platform connects funders with a network of trusted, locally-led organizations (LLOs) to deliver proven, high-impact services. Frontline Workers (FLWs) use a mobile app to learn skills, deliver services, and verify that their work meets quality standards in order to get paid. For funders, Connect offers a transparent, cost-effective way to invest in verified outcomes. For LLOs, it provides access to sustainable funding and tools to support delivering these vital services.
About the Position
Dimagi is looking for a Technical Project Analyst (TPA) to join our Connect Division. In this role, you will support one or more Connect program teams working on the optimal design, development, and continuous improvement of impactful interventions built on our flagship platforms, Connect and CommCare. The TPA supports program delivery through the structured management and analysis of business requirements; translation of those requirements into clear technical specifications for digital solutions such as mobile applications and AI chatbots; timely implementation, testing, and quality assurance of technical deliverables; and contribution to ongoing process improvement. While this is a primarily remote position, preference will be given to candidates based in South Africa.
In addition, the role involves analysing program and system data to generate insights that inform design decisions, identify risks or bottlenecks, and help determine next steps as programs evolve. You will also engage with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate findings, and ensure technical work remains aligned with program objectives and user needs. You will be working in an agile environment alongside a dynamic, multi-skilled team of developers, engineers, public health, and project management specialists.
